What we do
Eavestrough is the cheapest insurance your foundation will ever have. Every litre of rain your roof catches has to go somewhere, and if your gutters sag, leak at the seams, or dump water beside the house, it ends up testing your basement walls.
We install seamless aluminum eavestrough, run downspouts where the water should actually go, and fix the fascia behind the gutter while we're up there, because hanging new eavestrough on rotten wood is wasted money.

How much does eavestrough replacement cost?
Most full-house seamless eavestrough replacements in the GTA run $1,800–$4,500 depending on house size and number of storeys. Fascia repairs and leaf guards are quoted separately so you only pay for what your house needs.
How do I know my gutters need replacing vs repairing?
Isolated leaks and slope problems are often repairable. Widespread seam failures, rust, or gutters pulling from soft fascia mean replacement is the better money. We'll tell you honestly which side of the line you're on.
Are leaf guards worth it?
On heavily treed lots, common in Aurora, King City and parts of Newmarket, absolutely. On open lots, often not. We sell and install them but we'll tell you straight if your house doesn't need them.
What size eavestrough do I need?
Most homes take 5-inch; large roofs and steep pitches often warrant 6-inch with oversized downspouts. We calculate it from your roof area rather than guessing.
Can you do just one side of the house?
Yes, partial replacements and repairs are welcome jobs, and a good way to meet us before a bigger project.
Why does eavestrough matter for my basement?
Because most wet basements start at the roofline. Overflowing or short-discharging gutters saturate the soil against your foundation. We're a waterproofing company, half the leaks we diagnose trace back to gutters.
