A good kitchen renovation starts with how your family actually uses the room, where the kettle goes, who unloads the dishwasher, whether homework happens at the island. We've renovated kitchens in Newmarket wartime bungalows, Aurora estate homes, and Markham townhouses, and no two layouts have ever been the same.
Our crews handle the whole job under one roof: demolition, framing, plumbing and electrical coordination, cabinetry, counters, tile, paint, and the final caulk line. One project lead, one schedule, one number to call.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in the GTA?
Most full kitchen renovations we do in Newmarket, Aurora and the GTA land between $35,000 and $75,000 depending on size, cabinetry grade and whether walls move. Refacing projects can come in well under that. We give itemized quotes so you can see exactly where the budget goes, and we offer financing if you'd rather spread it out.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
Plan for 3–5 weeks on a typical full renovation. We set up a temporary kitchen station for most clients (fridge, microwave, coffee) so the disruption is survivable.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. If your project moves walls, plumbing or electrical, we prepare and pull the permits with your municipality, Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill and the rest of York Region all have slightly different processes, and we deal with them weekly.
Can you work with my own designer or plans?
Absolutely. Bring your designer's drawings and we'll quote the build. We can also design in-house if you'd rather keep it simple.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have financing options for kitchen projects so you can pay monthly instead of all at once. See our financing page or ask during your estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. WSIB coverage and liability insurance on every job, and we're happy to show the paperwork before you sign anything.
