More seasons in your backyard

What we do

A good sunroom turns the two months you use your porch into eight, morning coffee in March, dinner outside in October, no mosquitoes in July. We design and build three-season rooms, screened porches and patio enclosures that look like they were part of the original house, not bolted on.

Every enclosure starts with the structure underneath. We check footings and framing first, because a sunroom is only as good as the deck or slab it sits on, and we build those too.

Recent enclosure projects include a cedar-lined three-season room overlooking a ravine lot in Aurora, a screened porch conversion in Richmond Hill's Oak Ridges, and a full porch-to-sunroom rebuild on a Bradford farmhouse.

Built to look original

Rooflines, siding and trim matched to your house so the addition doesn't read as an afterthought.

Three-season or screened

From simple screened porches to fully windowed three-season rooms with sliding glass.

Structure checked first

We verify (or build) the foundation under your enclosure, no sunrooms on rotten decks.

One contractor, whole job

Footings, framing, roofing, windows, electrical and finish, no juggling trades.

Enclosure problems we fix every week

If any of these sound familiar, you're exactly who we built this page for.

  • Aging aluminum enclosures from the 80s that leak and sweat
  • Screened porches built on decks that were never designed for the weight
  • Sunrooms that bake in summer because glazing and ventilation were afterthoughts
  • Porch roofs sagging where they meet the house
  • Enclosures that were never permitted and need legalizing before a home sale
No surprises

Frequently asked questions

How much does a sunroom cost in the GTA?

Screened-porch conversions start around $25,000; full three-season sunrooms typically run $45,000–$90,000 depending on size, glazing and whether new foundation work is needed. Itemized quotes, always.

Do I need a permit for a sunroom or enclosure?

Yes, in virtually every GTA municipality, it's an addition to the building. We prepare drawings and handle the permit process with your town.

Three-season or four-season?

Three-season rooms (unheated, big glazing) give the best value in our climate. True four-season rooms need foundations, insulation and HVAC like any addition, roughly double the budget. We'll walk you through both honestly.

Can you enclose my existing porch or deck?

Usually, after we confirm the structure can take it. If the deck needs reinforcing we price that transparently rather than building on hope.

Will it match my house?

That's the goal. We match roof pitch, shingles, siding and trim profiles so the enclosure looks like it was always there.

How long does it take?

Most enclosures run 2–6 weeks on site depending on scope, after permits are issued.
