What we do
Anyone can make a bathroom look good on day one. The difference shows up in year five, behind the tile, in the shower pan, at the membrane around the drain. After 50 years and thousands of bathrooms across the GTA, we build them to stay dry first and look beautiful second.
From powder rooms in King City to full ensuite gut jobs in Vaughan, our crews handle plumbing rough-ins, proper waterproofing membranes, heated floors, custom glass and every tile pattern you can point at.
Recent bathroom work includes a curbless ensuite in Richmond Hill's Mill Pond area, twin kids' bathrooms in a Stouffville new-build that the builder rushed, and a classic white-subway ensuite in an Aurora Village century home.
Real waterproofing, not caulk and hope
Membrane systems behind every wet wall and shower pan, the part you never see is the part we're fussiest about.
Plumbing done right
Licensed plumbing work on moves and rough-ins, so your reno passes inspection and your insurance stays happy.
Heated floors & smart upgrades
In-floor heat, niche shelving, curbless showers and grab-bar blocking for aging in place, cheap to add now, expensive later.
Tile work we're proud to sign
Straight lines, tight grout joints, level niches. Tile is where bathrooms are won or lost.
Bathroom problems we fix every week
If any of these sound familiar, you're exactly who we built this page for.
- Leaking shower pans staining the ceiling below
- Moldy grout and tile on improperly sealed walls
- 1970s-era plumbing in older Newmarket and Bradford homes that needs updating during the reno
- Bathrooms with no ventilation slowly rotting from the inside
- Tubs nobody uses that should become walk-in showers

Frequently asked questions
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in the GTA?
A typical full bathroom renovation in Aurora, Newmarket or the surrounding GTA runs $18,000–$35,000 depending on size, tile and fixtures. Tub-to-shower conversions and powder rooms cost less. We quote it line by line so there are no surprises.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Two to three weeks for a full gut of a standard bathroom, assuming materials are on site before demo, which is how we always schedule it.
Can you make my shower curbless / accessible?
Yes. Curbless showers, wider doorways, grab-bar backing and comfort-height fixtures are all things we build regularly, and they're far cheaper to do during a reno than after.
Will my house be a construction zone?
Just the one room and the path to it. We lay floor protection, tape dust barriers, and clean up every day. Most families live at home comfortably through a bathroom reno.
Do you do heated floors?
All the time, electric in-floor heat is one of the most-loved upgrades we install, and it costs far less than people expect when done during the renovation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully insured with WSIB coverage, and plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades. Paperwork available before you sign.
