What we collect

When you request an estimate or send a referral, we collect what you type: name, email, phone, project location and your message. Our website also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).

How we use it

To contact you about your project, schedule estimates, prepare quotes, and pay referral rewards. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Contact details go to our small office team and the project lead assigned to your job, nobody else.

Email & CASL

We only email you about your own inquiry or project. Any marketing email we ever send includes a working unsubscribe link, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Cookies & analytics

Analytics scripts load only after you interact with the page. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on, or block analytics generally with your browser's tracking protection.

Retention & your rights
