What we do
Some projects don't fit in a single-room box: opening the main floor, new flooring throughout, fresh trim and doors everywhere, a staircase that finally matches the house. That's interior renovation work, and it's where 50 years of carpentry experience shows.
We work in every housing stock the GTA has, wartime bungalows in Newmarket, 1980s two-storeys in Markham, century homes in Aurora Village, and we know where each era hides its surprises.
Recent interior projects include a full main-floor opening in Markham's Berczy Village, wide-plank engineered hardwood through a King City bungalow, and a century-home trim restoration in downtown Newmarket.

Frequently asked questions
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes, it's one of our most common requests. We arrange the engineering, pull the permit, install the proper beam (flush or dropped), and make the ceiling and floors look like the wall was never there.
Can I live at home during a whole-home renovation?
Usually, yes. We stage the work in zones and keep one bathroom and a kitchen function available whenever possible. We'll tell you honestly if a project is too invasive for that.
What flooring do you recommend for families?
Engineered hardwood or quality luxury vinyl plank for main floors with kids and dogs, both handle GTA winters and spills better than site-finished hardwood, and we'll show you samples at the estimate.
Do you do small jobs, just trim, or one room?
Yes. Single rooms, trim packages and staircases are welcome. Small jobs done well are where most of our long-term clients started.
How do you price interior renovations?
Itemized, by scope: demolition, structure, flooring, carpentry, paint. You'll see each line, and we'll flag where you can save (and where saving backfires).
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully insured, WSIB covered, with licensed trades for electrical and plumbing. 50 years in business and happy to prove all of it.
